2018- onward: Ph.D. Student at Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) (2018-2022) on the dissertation project “Dysfunctional Marriages and Divorce in Kigali Presbytery - Rwanda, A Pastoral Response in the light of Amoris Laetitia”.

2010 – 2012: Master's Degree (M.A.) at St. Paul University, Limuru-Kenya; Master of Arts in Community Care and HIV& AIDS. The thesis “An Assessment of the Impact of Micro-Enterprise Programs on People Living with HIV and AIDS in Rubengera Parish.” (Unpublished).

2007 – 2010: Bachelor's Degree (B. Th.) in Theology at St. Paul University, Limuru-Kenya. With the Dissertation Titled: “Suffering and restoration in the Psalm of Lament: A comparative Study of Psalms 42 and 43 and Songs of the Presbyterian Church in Rwanda.” [unpublished).

January – March, and August - November 2004: Leadership Training and Management at CORAT/Kenya.

In 2002: D6 Diploma in Teacher training as a free candidate.

1997-1999: Diploma in Protestant Theology from the faculty of Protestant Theology of Butare (FTPB).

1988 - 1991 Diploma in Musical Studies; Grade 7 Theory of Music at Ruhija Evangelical Academy-School of Music.

1975 – to 1981 I Secondary School at Birambo and at Shyogwe High School. D5 Diploma in Teacher training.
