The Protestant Institute of Arts and Social Sciences (PIASS) is glad to announce to all interested candidates who want to study the Master of Education in Quality Education Management in academic year  2023/2024 July intake that the  application processes are OPEN. We will offer scholarship opportunities to  competitive candidates who will be admitted in this program.

Application documents:

• A notarized copy of Bachelor’s degree in (Education, teacher training or postgraduate diploma in education, PGDE) and academic transcripts of the entire undergraduate program.
• Applicants with foreign academic qualifications shall obtain an equivalence of their degrees from the Rwanda Higher Education Council (HEC) before seeking PIASS admission.
• Candidates should have at least a second-class lower division with 60% score or equivalent.
• A copy of the ID/passport.
• Two recent colored passport size photographs.

Program Duration: 24 Months

·         Assessment of application files: July 07-09, 2024

·         Feedback to admitted students: July 10, 2024

·         Start of first semester: July 17, 2024
